What to do
Standard document accessibility practices apply. Pay special attention to:
- Headings – Maintain hierarchy, no skipped levels
- Images – Include alt text, avoid images of text
- Tables – Use for data, not layout
- Links – Use appropriate link text
- Attachments – Make sure they’re accessible too
